• Health is holistic; focus not only on your physical health but also on your emotional, mental, spiritual, and psychological well-being.
• Hydrate: drink plenty of water daily; preferably filtered or bottled.
• Healthy diet: try to eat as healthy as possible; more vegetables, fruits, and salads; whole foods over processed food
