                                          CODE I - THE NAME
1. The name is Vious also known as; The Vious Continuum, The Energy Of Vious, The Nation Of Vious
                                CODE II – THE LAW OF VIOUS
Vious functions in the power of energetic law, of the Law of Vibration, is in harmony with cosmic law, universal law, and galactic laws. Vious establishment is in accord with International Convent on Civil and Political, Rights (ICCPR) ratified on 8 June 1992 and all other treaties.
                                      CODE III – THE HEAD
1. All power is vested in the head of Vious.
2. The head of Vious is the board of trustees known as the Vious Council.
3. All authority and jurisdiction are entrusted to the Trustees.
4. The Trustees’ duties are to administrate the energy and to set principles and guidelines for the organization.
                                  CODE IV – BYLAWS OF VIOUS
1. Vious operates under the Law of Vibration in accordance with galactic laws and universal laws. There are consequences to your actions.
2. Any misuse of power or misconduct will be brought before the Council and can lead to inactive status in Vious. Once inactive, the period will be a minimum of 10 years to life before one can be reinstated by the Council.
3. Trustees can receive the penalty of death for misuse of power as a Trustee of Vious. This can be as simple as making a decision without the pure intentions of Vious.
4. Vious will interact and treat with other entities under the Law of Vibration.
5. Vious has jurisdiction over all of its properties, and people, and has primacy over all other jurisdictions that it treats with.
6. Vious establishes its matrix grid to function in all realities.
7. Vious includes The Nation of Vious, The Energy of Vious, The Faith of Vious, and other aspects of Vious.
8. All entities, physical or nonphysical, that infringe on Vious or any of Vious’ entities physical, mental, emotional, and energetic, or in any way agree to surrender all of their energy and life force to Vious.
9. All entities that generate or bring unwanted energies and vibrations (physical or non-physical) to Vious or any of Vious entities are in agreement with the consequences that are determined by Vious.
                                  CODE V - THE NETWORK
1. Vious can network with other entities and charter/ordain them to help carry out their goals.
2. Each entity must take responsibility for its own actions and be in accordance with Universal Principles.
3. The network flows with Empowerment, Freedom, and Abundant.
4. The basic vibration of the network flow is Harmony, Fulfillment, and Unconditional Love.
5. Vious has a multidimensional continuum with the effect over time, space, and matter.
6. The Vious levels are Trustee (Master), Commander (Manager), Warrior (Specialist), and apprentice (Trainee)
There must be an initiation/interview process to be a Trustee. The process is conducted by The Force (Sphere) to reflect the inner consciousness.
7. The people of Vious are the Vians.
8. The Vians are Citizens of the World, Citizens of Earth, Citizens of the Cosmic, and indigenous to the planet Earth.
